MEET ALLISON

Hi there! I'm Allison Egidi, a certified pediatric sleep coach, and my goal is to help you achieve the sleep goals you have for your child - think bedtime routines that last no more than 30 minutes and full nights of independent sleep.

I like to think of myself as someone who, for the most part, has been able to accomplish anything I really set my mind to. That is, until my first daughter Addison was born. Wow, becoming a mother was a humbling experience. Becoming a parent is like becoming the CEO of a company when you’ve never worked in the industry before. No wonder it can feel so daunting at times!

And while preschoolers are so funny and fun, they are also walking, talking little people with BIG opinions and emotions. Teaching or reteaching healthy sleep habits is not always easy, but it’s something I love helping parents with and it’s an area that I have A LOT of experience in. 

I’ve worked with hundreds of preschool parents - there is nothing you could tell me about your child’s sleep that I haven’t heard or addressed before - and I cannot wait to help your family. 

Finally learning how to teach my oldest daughter healthy sleep habits that would stick when she was nearly 2 years old changed my life… so much so that I changed careers. Helping children and parents get the rest they need is one of my greatest joys.
