HI, I'M ALLISON!
I am a certified pediatric sleep coach and mother of two girls who are in elementary school. Since 2016, I've worked with hundreds of parents who were dealing with sleep struggles with their 2.5-6 year olds.

Changing sleep habits for a young child is very different than changing sleep habits for an infant or toddler. Preschoolers and early elementary age children are often navigating fears and anxieties. And they are a strong-willed, opinionated bunch!
And since they are walking, talking, busy little people, there are a lot more things that can affect their bedtime and their night sleep. Since sleep starts with bedtime, I created this guide to provide you with specific tips that can help you start to improve bedtimes quickly.
I truly believe that all children can learn to sleep well, even if they have never fallen asleep without a parent or they've never slept through the night. Please know that no matter how challenging things are now, it's not too late to teach your child healthy sleep habits. I promise.
Whether you're just wanting to make some small shifts or your child's sleep needs a big reset, let's get started today.
