MEET ALLISON
Hey there, I’m Allison Egidi!
I’m a certified pediatric sleep coach, and my goal is to help you achieve the sleep you and your child deserve—without the frustration and exhaustion I once felt.
I’ve always been someone who could figure things out—until I became a mom. When my first daughter, Addison, was born, I was completely humbled. Sleep went from minimal to non-existent, and despite all the books, advice, and well-meaning tips, nothing seemed to work.
Maternity leave was exhausting, but when I returned to work, the sleep deprivation became unbearable. Daycare naps were a disaster, and I kept hearing, “It’ll get better at 4 months… 6 months… 12 months…” But it never really did. Addison’s sleep felt like a roller coaster I couldn’t escape.
By the time she was nearly two, I hit my breaking point. I was beyond exhausted, anxious, and barely functioning. Then, I found a sleep consultant, and everything changed. Within days, we were all sleeping, Addison was healthier and happier, and I finally felt like myself again.
That’s when my obsession with children’s sleep began.
I founded my sleep coaching business in 2016 to help parents avoid the unnecessary exhaustion, stress, and anxiety I went through. Because better sleep isn’t just possible—it’s life-changing.
