Meet Allison

Hi, I’m Allison Egidi — a certified pediatric sleep consultant with nearly 10 years of experience helping families get the sleep they need and the confidence to support it.

I’m the founder of Sleep and Wellness Coach, where we provide personalized 1-on-1 sleep consultations (both virtual and in-home) as well as practical online workshops and programs for families from newborn through high school years.

I also host the How Long ’Til Bedtime? podcast, where I break down real-life sleep challenges and the parenting dynamics that often surround them.

Beyond working directly with families, I train daycare and childcare providers using The NAP Framework™ for Daycare Sleep Success, empowering caregivers to create rest-friendly routines that support both children and the adults caring for them.

And just as importantly — I’m a mom of two. I understand the mental load, the exhaustion, and the desire to “figure it out” while juggling everything else.

Fun fact: Sleep Coach Allison is version 3.0. Before founding Sleep and Wellness Coach, I spent seven years in investment banking and nearly a decade working in development at the University of Virginia. That background shaped how I approach sleep — with strategy, clarity, and a deep respect for how busy modern families really are.
