This is a special session that comes with support from Allison.
This will start with a Welcome Call on Wednesday, September 6th. There will be 6 Zoom check-in calls. Support Zoom calls will be at 1pm EST on Monday, September 11th, 18th, and 25th and Friday, September 15th, 22nd, and 29th.
Within the modules and lessons, you'll discover how to build your child's confidence around independent sleep. Allison will teach you...
- How to create structure that ends resistance to the bedtime routine
- How to end popping out of bed after you tuck your child in and leave the room
- Language to use if you meet resistance or your child has anxiety around bedtime/sleep
- A few different ways to handle popping out of bed at bedtime and/or middle of the night wakings plus the language to use with each
- How to navigate nighttime fears and anxiety
- How to maintain a nap or rest time if your child still needs it
You'll have access to the online portion of Your Preschool Sleep Champion as long as I offer the program.
