Allison Egidi

Hi there! I'm Allison Egidi, a certified pediatric sleep coach, and my goal is to help you achieve the sleep goals you have for your child.

I like to think of myself as someone who, for the most part, has been able to accomplish anything I really set my mind to. That is, until my first daughter Addison was born. Wow, becoming a mother was a humbling experience. Becoming a parent is like becoming the CEO of a company when you’ve never worked in the industry before. No wonder it can feel so daunting at times!

And while preschoolers are so funny and fun, they are also walking, talking little people with BIG opinions and emotions. Teaching or reteaching healthy sleep habits is not always easy, but it’s something I love helping parents with and it’s an area that I have A LOT of experience in.
